The Bulk Prep consists of 5 meals per day 6 days a week, breakfast, mid morning, lunch, mid afternoon and evening dinner.  This plan is designed to provide you with the right amount of nutrition to live a healthy balanced diet but increase your protein intake.


The key aim for the bulk plan to to assist you gain muscle. The bulk plan is to run along side a very active or gym orientated life style.
